Returns Policy
As our products are made one at a time or MTO (Made to Order) with the consideration of time and effort it takes to manufacture each frame, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Damaged Goods and Warranty
Faults with goods such as snapping, breakage of hinges, discolouration within a short span of time will be amended within 6 months of sale. Contact us via email: info@adelaidecityoptometrist.com.au
Please note that this excludes wear and tear such as acetate expanding (which we can adjust for you instore) and improper treatment of the product.
Shipping
Currently shipping is not available whilst our online store isn’t active.
Exchanges
In-store sales from our Adelaide store are able to be exchanged as long as it was an off the shelf purchase (rather than a MTO) as there is a cost difference. This is allowed within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in next to perfect condition.
Ethics and Sustainability
We are very conscious of carbon footprint, recycling, and slow fashion. This is why at Pascali we only have a few colours of each model made at a time. And have the option of made to order for the consumer in mind to make the decisions to customise what they want entirely. As the models are designed and made in Adelaide, our footprint is minimised. However, whilst we can only access acetate from overseas and ours is specifically from Italy, we are aware that it does have to travel overseas to get to us here. This is why the rest of our processes are so important to make sure we are looking after the environment with our packaging, and process of the frames.
